Helvetas, a leading organization in development cooperation and humanitarian response, is seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Expert to lead the optimization of its Abacus ERP system.

The RoleYou will be responsible for managing and enhancing our Abacus ERP system, ensuring seamless integration, smooth operation, and future development aligned with organizational objectives. As the key technical lead, you will oversee mid- to long-term roadmaps for ERP enhancements and manage associated project costs.
Main Responsibilities:- Abacus System Management: Take hands-on responsibility for integration, operation, troubleshooting, and future development.
- Project Leadership: Develop and implement roadmaps for ERP enhancements and oversee associated project costs.
- System Maintenance: Ensure the smooth operation of the ERP system, including managing data connectivity, interfaces, and system updates.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Work closely with technical and business stakeholders, translating organizational needs into effective ERP solutions.
- User Support & Problem solving: Provide expert-level support to Abacus users, troubleshooting complex technical and functional issues.
To succeed in this role, you should possess strong hands-on expertise in Abacus functions, particularly in finance modules, and experience in the NGO sector is beneficial. A Master's degree in IT, Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field, with complementary experience in other domains, is required. Advanced understanding of ERP systems, data connectivity, and interface development is essential.
