Global Business Development Manager

Role OverviewThis key position will focus on building strong relationships with prospects and existing customers in large companies.
The successful candidate will have excellent social and communicative skills, a strong network within large organizations, and affinity with IT systems and performance management processes.
Responsibilities- Develop and execute commercial strategies to drive business growth and sales revenue.
- Manage independent sales cycles at large accounts and financial institutions.
- Demonstrate our corporate performance management software solutions to clients.
- Collaborate with experienced pre-sales consultants during the sales process.
- Work closely with our Marketing & Inside Sales Department to achieve shared goals.
- Meet or exceed individual sales targets and sales activities.
- Bachelor's degree or similar, combined with several years of relevant working experience.
- A proven track record in 'solution selling' and proficient in Salesforce (or another CRM tool), Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Fluent in German and English, with willingness to travel up to 20% of the time.
- Prior experience in the CPM industry or ERP industry for large corporates is preferred.
