Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced business development professional to join our Client Solutions EMEA Global Marketplace team as a Global Marketplace EMEA Relationship Development Specialist. In this role, you will play a key part in executing our fund sales strategy to Wealth Managers, deepening existing relationships, and building new ones across the EMEA region.

Your primary focus will be on positioning iCapital's funds and actively supporting our Wealth Manager clients' fundraising ambitions within the Wealth Management channel. You will develop tailored presentations to demonstrate our value proposition and serve as the relationship manager, delivering exceptional client experiences for our Wealth Manager clients.

Requirements

  • You have 6+ years of experience in business development or relationship management, ideally within an Asset Manager or Wealth Manager environment.
  • You possess a strong understanding of Alternative Investments, including hedge funds, private equity, private debt, real estate, infrastructure, and secondaries, gained through investor relations or business development roles.
  • You can demonstrate excellent client service and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • You have a strong appetite to work in a fast-growing, entrepreneurial environment and can operate independently with a hands-on attitude.
  • You are able to effectively cover the EMEA region, which may require some travel.

What We Offer

iCapital offers a competitive salary range of $120,000 - $180,000 annually, commensurate with experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
