**About the Role**
We are seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead our sales efforts in the Swiss German region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and expanding our customer base.

Finders SA is a leading player in the Health-Tech industry, with over 20 years of experience in developing collaborative software solutions for home healthcare. Our clients include major Swiss public institutions and private SPITEX services, relying on our strong competitive advantages and national database presence.
Your Responsibilities**
As Sales Manager, you will report directly to the Sales Manager in S. Romande and be fully responsible for developing sales in the Swiss German area. With a full training on our SAAS application, you will have the tools to conduct business development in the region, with realistic but demanding objectives.
Requirements**
- Demonstrated history as a Sales Manager with 5+ years experience in sales roles within the information systems, medico-social sectors, or other relevant fields (such as medical technology, pharmaceuticals, public health).
- Proven track record in sales within the software publishing industry or value-added services sector.
- Excellent communication skills, comfortable engaging with senior management, IT directors of clients, and significant stakeholders in the company's ecosystem.
- Fluent German/Swiss German with either good English or French.
- A well-established network of contacts within the SPITEX target segments.
- Willing and able to travel to S. Romande regularly.
