Drive strategic growth as an Enterprise Business Development Manager at MicroStrategy Incorporated, where you will lead the pursuit of complex enterprise-wide sales cycles. With a proven track record of consistent over-quota sales performance and senior level stakeholder engagement on IT and business-led opportunities, this role offers a unique opportunity to drive revenue growth while creating satisfied customers.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in quota-carrying sales of software products and services into large enterprises, with a demonstrable knowledge of key Return on Investment and Total Cost of Ownership principles. As a creative self-starter who can work effectively within a supportive team culture, you will be accountable for managing multiple priorities, networking internally to get things done, and ensuring all stages of the sales cycle are running concurrently.

This is a new business hunter and individual contributor role with quota-carrying responsibility, requiring a strong storyteller with a customer-centric approach who can quickly build rapport. The ability to manage multiple priorities, network internally, and be accountable for their decisions is essential for success in this position. The salary for this role is estimated to be around $120,000 - $180,000 per year, depending on experience.
