Cybersecurity Sales Role at Smarttech247 Switzerland

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Cybersecurity Business Development Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a critical role in driving growth and expanding our customer base.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for acquiring new customers and growing existing relationships within the region. You will work closely with our experienced sales specialists to understand business challenges and connect our industry-leading solutions with customer outcomes using our VisionX Cybersecurity platform, professional services, and partner ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute a growth strategy for your assigned territory, establishing strong relationships with customers and prospects.
  • Evaluate and present our industry-leading products and services to our industry ecosystem, identifying new opportunities and expansion potential.
  • Craft win strategies that deliver outcomes for our customers and Smarttech247, leveraging your understanding of decision-making processes.
  • Drive the complete sales cycle, including prospecting, engaging, solutioning, proposing, and negotiating as a trusted partner.
  • Build and own your business within Smarttech247, with excellent funnel management, forecasting, and reporting.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 3 years of successful enterprise sales experience in cybersecurity.
  • Proven ability to build relationships at an executive level and navigate complex sales environments.
  • Strong understanding of business and technology requirements, with the ability to deliver outcome-based solutions.
  • Experience in finding and winning large, multi-stakeholder deals.
  • Knowledge of overall territory management and forecasting systems.
  • Excellent presentation, negotiation, prioritization, time management, and verbal and written communication skills.
  • Consistently high achievement on sales targets.
