Job Description: Sales Manager for Swiss German AreaAs a key figure in our sales team, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies and executing business development plans in the Swiss German region. Reporting directly to the Sales Manager in S. Romande, you will have full autonomy to create and implement sales initiatives with realistic yet demanding objectives.
About You- A proven track record as a Sales Manager with 5+ years of experience in sales roles within information systems, medico-social sectors, or relevant fields like medical technology or pharmaceuticals.
- Excellent communication skills, enabling effective engagement with senior management, IT directors, and significant stakeholders.
- Fluent German/Swiss German with good English or French language proficiency.
- A well-established network of contacts within the SPITEX target segments.
- Ability to travel to S. Romande regularly.
