About the Job:

As a Retail Sales Team Lead at Gi Group SA, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and excellence in-store. Reporting directly to the Store Manager, you will lead a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional client experiences, achieve sales targets, and maintain a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure a high level of client satisfaction by coaching the team to provide outstanding service and product knowledge.
• Develop and implement strategies to enhance sales performance, including identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager to set and achieve sales targets, as well as monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs).
• Foster a positive team culture by recruiting, retaining, and developing top talent, ensuring career development and succession planning.
• Maintain accurate records of sales data, customer interactions, and team performance, using digital tools to optimize processes and improve efficiency.
• Adhere to safety and operational guidelines, ensuring stock provision and proper product handling.
• Promote visual merchandising standards, maintaining a clean and attractive store environment.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers, providing transparent and timely updates on sales performance, promotions, and events.

Requirements:

• 2+ years of experience in retail sales leadership or management, preferably within the fashion industry.
• Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and leading high-performing teams.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, with the ability to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
• Strong understanding of performance KPIs, budgeting, and forecasting, with experience using digital tools and software to drive sales and operations.
• Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with international colleagues and clients.
