Art and Revenue Growth Manager

We are a fast-paced company at the forefront of the digital art and Web3/NFT market, seeking an experienced professional to drive artist success and revenue.
Estimated Salary$120,000 - $180,000 per year, based on experience and performance.
Job DescriptionMain Responsibilities:
- Leverage your network to attract new collectors and nurture relationships with high-value clients in the US east coast market.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive sales growth and increase marketplace transactions.
- Promote existing art drops and galleries to maximize visibility and sales.
- SOURCE AND ONBOARD RENOWNED ARTISTS AND STRATEGIC PARTNERS TO ENHANCE OUR PLATFORM'S OFFERINGS.
- Monitor sales metrics and user growth, adjusting strategies to meet and exceed targets.
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities in the NFT space.
- Collaborate closely with Curation, Marketing, Product, and customer support teams to align efforts and share insights.
- Engage with the community through social media, forums, and events to build brand awareness and loyalty. Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and networking opportunities to expand our reach.
To succeed in this role, you must have:
- Proven experience in sales, business development, partnerships within the digital art, NFT, or related industries.
- A strong network of collectors, artists, and industry professionals.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
- The ability to work independently and drive results in a startup environment.
- Familiarity with digital marketing and social media engagement strategies.
- A passion for art and a deep understanding of the digital art and Web3/NFT market.
