">Job Summary
">We are looking for a skilled Pharmaceutical Sales Professional to join our team as an Immunology Expert in the Western part of Switzerland. This role offers a unique opportunity to work with innovative products and therapies, making a significant impact on patients' lives.
">Main Responsibilities
">- ">
- BUILD STRONG CUSTOMER RELATIONSHIPS: Establish and maintain strong relationships with office- and hospital-based healthcare professionals (HCPs) in your territory, ensuring they have a positive experience with our products.">
- CROSS-FUNCTIONAL COLLABORATION: Work closely with internal teams to develop and align field force strategies and activities, ensuring seamless service delivery and meeting strategic objectives.">
- ACCOUNT PLANNING: Proactively initiate, organize, and implement educational events in cooperation with Medical Science Liaison (MSL) and internal stakeholders, driving business growth and customer engagement.">
- PUBLIC ENGAGEMENT: Utilize multiple communication channels (face-to-face and digital) to effectively contact HCPs, promoting our brand and product value.">
- PERIODICAL REPORTING: Ensure timely and accurate reporting to First Line Managers and documentation in the CRM system, providing insights into sales performance and customer interactions.">
Required Skills and Qualifications

- Education: A medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical, or scientific education is required.">
- Experience: A minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in immunology, is necessary. Experience and relationships in dermatology/rheumatology are a plus.">
- Skills: Proven expertise in strategic account planning, excellent communication skills, and fluency in French and English are essential. German is an asset.">
- Team Player: We are looking for a collaborative individual who can work effectively in cross-functional teams.">
