Dynamic Sales Manager for Enterprise Software

We are seeking an experienced and skilled sales professional to join our team as a Regional Sales Manager. This is an individual contributor role, where you will be responsible for driving software sales within the pharmaceutical and life science industry in Switzerland.
About the Role:This is a challenging opportunity that requires a strong track record of building a robust pipeline and maximizing software sales within a defined territory. The successful candidate will have a proven ability to negotiate favorable pricing and business terms with customers, leveraging our partner ecosystem and sales methodology.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and execute strategic territory plans to achieve sales targets and grow existing accounts
- Negotiate complex software licensing deals with key decision-makers at large pharmaceutical and life science companies
- Leverage sales engineering, business value advisors, and professional services resources to drive sales success
- Use CRM systems (Salesforce) extensively to manage customer relationships and sales performance
- Collaborate with internal teams to identify new opportunities and expand existing relationships
- 5-7 years of direct selling experience in the Swiss IT market, with a proven track record in software sales
- Strong management and interpersonal skills, with excellent written and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely from other team members and corporate
- Familiarity with social media and professional networks to understand customer needs and preferences
- Fluent in German and English, with excellent communication and language skills
As a valued member of our team, you can expect a competitive salary package, including a base salary of CHF 120,000 - 150,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits and bonuses.
