Head of Sales for Enterprise Clients

Founded in 2017, Eqip AG is a rapidly growing marketplace for external IT workforce and services. Our SaaS-based tools support over 8,000 suppliers and more than 200 clients worldwide.
We secure large enterprise clients through our unique combination of an active marketplace and vendor management software, creating a competitive environment for all external suppliers.
About the Role- Sales strategy development and implementation for key clients
- Collaboration with Key Account Managers on current client relationships and sales initiatives
- Independent sales activities to drive revenue growth
- Data maintenance in CRM systems and regular reporting to the Sales Director
- New sales approaches and team development
- At least 2 years of professional sales or sales support experience in staffing or SaaS technology
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong networking skills and customer care focus
- Energetic and proactive attitude
- Attention to detail and high communication standards
- Fluency in English and German (Swiss German is an asset)
