About the Role
We are looking for a Sales Executive- Banking to innovate, win, and grow with us in a dynamic environment. As a Sales Executive- Banking, you will be responsible for creating, developing, and nurturing a sales pipeline that leads to new business opportunities for our Financial Messaging business. You should have experience in selling solutions to Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, and/or Multi-National Corporations. Knowledge of domestic and cross-border messaging systems, SWIFT Connectivity, hosted/managed and cloud services, payment processes, cash visibility, reconciliation, systems integration, and sanction screening is highly desirable. We are looking for a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.
Your Key Responsibilities
- Work with the head of Sales to deliver results against revenue and growth targets.
- Create and manage target call lists and execute on prospecting KPIs.
- Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your customers throughout the sales cycle, including onsite and remote presentations.
- Maintain sales operational requirements, including documentation in SF.com and internal communications to senior management and other teams in accordance with best practices.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Work with implementations and PRM teams to ensure best practices pre and post sales.
- Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications, establishing personal networks, and participating in professional societies.
- Contribute to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

- 7+ years' experience selling Enterprise Software solutions to Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions, and/or Multi-National Corporations.
- High-profile sales executive with excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven successful ability to sell $1M+ Enterprise software/business solutions.
- Ability to develop relationships with 'C' level business users to sell based on business value.
- Ability to manage a team of Sales Engineers, IT, and Info Sec. Experts throughout the life cycle of a deal, and to understand high-level business and technical requirements.
- Experience selling Fraud and Financial Crime to risk executives, BSA/compliance officers, and heads of treasury.
- Advantage with knowledge and experience with cloud-based (Azure, GCP, and AWS) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
- Global vision, creativity, and an innovative approach required.
