Job Title: Head of Global Client Services

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and develop a global client service team, ensuring seamless and superior service delivery across regions.
  • Drive a global service strategy, standardizing processes while allowing for regional customization based on market needs.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership, sales, product, investments, and other key stakeholders to ensure alignment in client servicing objectives and initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in asset management or financial services, with a focus on client services, project management, and process improvement.
  • Proven experience in managing global or regional teams, with an emphasis on delivering high-quality service to institutional clients.
  • In-depth understanding of investment products and asset classes (Fixed Income, Equities, Multi-Asset).
  • Demonstrated experience in data management, reporting, and workflow optimization within a multi-national framework.
  • Strong leadership and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across diverse teams and geographies.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of engaging at all levels of the organization.
  • Proven track record in driving continuous improvement and standardizing processes across regions.
  • Fluent in English; proficiency in German or other languages is a plus.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment with a proactive and hands-on approach.
