As a Client Services Manager at IQ-EQ, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders. This includes meeting and liaising with these parties on a frequent basis to ensure timely resolution of client queries and issues. You will also support senior management in the investigation and resolution of client relationship issues, ensuring timely escalation of more complex client queries and issues.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as point of contact for clients and external stakeholders
- Support senior management in the investigation and resolution of client relationship issues
- Prepare and review client statutory accounts (Swiss GAAP FER, IFRS)
- Payroll accounting, including timely preparation and submission of statutory returns
- Set up master files for new clients
- Manage the set-up of bank accounts
- Prepare payments
- Bookkeeping
- Timely preparation, review and submission of VAT returns
- Timely preparation, review and submission of corporate tax returns
- Ensure timely issuance and payment of invoices and prevent deductions and write-offs
- Approve timesheets related to the respective clients
Requirements:
- Qualified accountant (Treuhänder/(in) mit eidg. Fachausweis, CA, CPA, ACCA) or dipl. Wirtschaftsprüfer
- Sound knowledge of Swiss corporate and tax law
- Relevant post qualification experience
- Fluent in English and German (French and Italian would be an advantage)
- Strong management, organisational and analytical skills
- Strong team player
- Excellent knowledge of MS-Office
