Job Description

As our new Strategic Client Growth Manager - ESG, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth and client satisfaction in the EMEA region.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage a portfolio of clients including banks, insurance providers, asset managers, asset owners, and non-financial multinationals.
  • Proactively engage, nurture, and grow client relationships in line with the RepRisk Client Journey.
  • Support RepRisk's position as a leading ESG service provider and ensure client satisfaction and high client retention rate by maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Carry out operational and administrative activities in the lifecycle of a client relationship.
  • Support business development opportunities working closely with Sales, Client Operations, Products, and Research.
Qualifications and Requirements
  • 5-10 years of experience in financial markets or a client-facing role with proven experience in upselling and contract negotiations.
  • Master's degree preferred.
  • Experience managing banking, insurance, investment management, corporate, and supply chain clients.
  • Proven skills in client management, leadership, teamwork, and relationship-building at all organizational levels.
  • Robust planning and project management skills.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills in English; additional languages beneficial.
  • Good understanding of technical requirements for easy interaction with IT and Product Teams.
  • Advanced MS Office skills essential.
  • Experience using Salesforce a plus.
What We Offer

A highly competitive salary of approximately £80,000 - £110,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits.
