Strategic Account Executive

We're seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Executive to join our team at Celonis, the global leader in Process Mining technology. As a key member of our Swiss team, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering exceptional customer experiences for our strategic customers.
Key Responsibilities- Engage with C-level executives to build trusted relationships and understand their business initiatives, challenges, and objectives.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for Celonis' Process Intelligence Platform to deliver significant improvements to performance.
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.
- Work closely with partners, including Big4 consulting firms and SaaS partners, to drive business value and growth.
- Lead contract negotiations and deliver presentations to senior executives to drive investment decisions.
- Proven experience selling enterprise software at C-level in a grow-the-existing-business-focused field sales role.
- Ability to manage long and complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders at similar enterprise software companies.
- Strong relationships with partners, including consulting firms and enterprise tech companies.
- Ability to adapt to a fast-moving, ever-changing, high-growth environment and approach challenges with positivity, creative thinking, and a growth mindset.
- Fluent in English, German, and/or French is a plus.
