Strategic Account Development Manager Switzerland

We are seeking a highly skilled Strategic Account Development Manager to join our team in Switzerland. As a key member of our commercial team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategic plans to drive growth and profitability with our key department store partners.
About the RoleAs a Strategic Account Development Manager, you will report directly to the corporate commercial director of ESTEE LAUDER Companies Switzerland and will be responsible for managing key relationships with department store clients, including Manor and Globus.
You will lead business relationships with department store clients, fostering mutually beneficial partnerships that align with our company's global strategy. You will also manage the ELC portfolio for assigned customers, driving growth aligned with company targets and identifying new business opportunities together with the retailer.
Key Responsibilities- Develops and delivers the key account commercial plan in line with commercial strategy, leading negotiations with retailers.
- Drives and develops ELC's position/share/ranking with the retailer, in close partnership with other commercial and cross-functional colleagues.
- Collaborates with education, field sales, marketing, digital, and supply chain teams to ensure strong activations, excellence in execution, and alignment in forecasting.
- Evaluates the competitive landscape and evolution of the retailer through regular site visits of top doors and centrals.
- Responsible for achievement of all quantitative and qualitative sales targets, such as value, volume, distribution, and financial targets, market share.
- Prepares regular and Year-End-Talks and ensures implementation of the national sales plan and creates customer-specific actions for retail and net sales growth & profit.
