**Job Summary**

This role combines market development, relationship management, and revenue generation to expand strategic partnerships with Financial Services Technology organizations. Strong communication skills and an entrepreneurial spirit are essential for success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify new partnership opportunities aligned with our sales strategy
  • Negotiate and maintain long-term relations with strategic partners, ensuring quality and motivation
  • Manage onboarding and knowledge transfer for partner sales and support teams
  • Develop channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives
  • Measure and report on channel partner performance using sales and revenue metrics

Requirements

  • Business Administration, Finance, or related field - an MBA is a plus
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field
  • Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
  • Excellent negotiation and contract management abilities
  • Superior relationship-building and interpersonal skills
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
