Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Alliance and Partnership Manager to expand our strategic partnerships with Financial Services Technology organizations.

Key responsibilities include

  • Identifying, assessing, and investigating new partnership opportunities aligned with our sales strategy
  • Structuring, negotiating, and obtaining executive alignment with key partner executives
  • Managing the onboarding and knowledge transfer process to enable partner sales and support teams
  • Developing and implementing channel partner programs, including training, marketing, and incentives
  • Measuring and reporting on partner performance using metrics such as sales and revenue
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for partners, addressing their needs, and resolving issues promptly
  • Regularly communicating with partners to ensure alignment and foster collaboration

Required skills include business administration, finance, or a related field, as well as minimum 3-5 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or a related field.
