Senior Immunology Account Development Manager Western Switzerland

We are seeking a seasoned professional to join our local commercial operations team in the Western part of Switzerland as a Senior Immunology Account Development Manager.

About the Role:

  • As a key member of our team, you will inform healthcare professionals about the benefits of our innovative products and establish impactful projects for our solutions and therapy approaches.
  • You will be responsible for building and strengthening mutually beneficial customer relationships and ensuring that strategic objectives within your territory are met.
  • Cross-functional collaboration and account planning are essential skills required for this role, as you will work closely with internal teams to develop and align field force strategies and activities.

What You'll Do:

  • Ba sed on your expertise in strategic account planning, you will proactively initiate, organize, and implement educational events in cooperation with Medical Science Liaisons and internal stakeholders.
  • You will oversee periodical reporting for the First Line Manager and documentation in the CRM system.
  • Establishing UCB as a valued partner in the immunology area in close collaboration with Medical Science Liaisons is a key aspect of this role.

Requirements:

  • You have passed a medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical, or scientific education.
  • You have a minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in immunology.
  • Experience and relationships in dermatology/rheumatology will be an asset.
  • You possess a proven expertise in strategic account planning and are a team player who appreciates working in cross-functional teams.

Estimated Salary: CHF 80,000 - 100,000 per annum
