Senior Osteoporosis Business Development Representative

As a Senior Osteoporosis Business Development Representative with the UCB Group, you will have the opportunity to make your mark for patients and create value in the osteoporosis area.
About the RoleThis position is a field-based role covering Western Switzerland, where you will inform office- and hospital-based healthcare professionals about the benefits of our innovative product and establish impactful projects for our solutions and therapy approaches.
Key Responsibilities- Building and strengthening mutually beneficial customer relationships
- Cross-functional collaboration & account planning: Working closely with internal teams to develop and align field force strategies and activities
- Using multiple communication channels to contact healthcare specialists and establishing UCB as a valued partner in the Osteoporosis area
- Overseeing periodical reporting for the First Line Manager and documentation in the CRM system
We are looking for an individual who has passed a medical, paramedical, pharmaceutical, or scientific education, with a minimum of 3 years of sales experience within the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in immunology and/or osteoporosis. Fluency in German and English is an asset, and French is your mother tongue.

Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is between $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including health insurance, retirement plan, and paid time off.
