Job Summary

This Senior Oncology Account Manager will be responsible for driving the business results of their sector while ensuring its growth aligns with our strategic plan. Reporting directly to the Commercial Lead Oncology, this individual will work closely with territory colleagues to develop and implement integrated account plans that maximize territory sales and achieve performance KPIs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Visit oncologists and gyneco-oncologists to communicate product information and build strong relationships.
  • Develop and implement local cross-functional account plans to prepare for new asset launches and drive demand sales.
  • Closely collaborate with territory colleagues to identify, develop, and secure new and existing oncology business opportunities.
  • Utilize key account management skills to establish Daiichi Sankyo as a trusted partner in oncology and improve patient outcomes.
  • Leverage scientific knowledge to identify and implement projects that enhance our reputation and contribute to improved patient care.
Requirements:
  • Medical background or other scientific degree required.
  • 3-5 years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative in oncology; previous experience in breast cancer or NSCLC is a plus.
  • Established network and relationships with customers and knowledge of key accounts in the defined sector are desirable.
  • Knowledge of local pharmaceutical industry and legal/health system environment, including pricing, reimbursement, and access.
  • Proficiency in French language.
  • Fluent English language skills.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to work independently and as part of a matrix team.
Compensation and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is between €60,000 - €80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
