Oncology Key Account Strategist

About this role:
We are seeking a highly qualified Key Account Manager to join our Oncology team in Europe. As a Key Account Manager, you will be responsible for driving business growth and delivering results in your sector, ensuring alignment with our company's strategic plan.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement integrated account plans to maximize territory sales and achieve performance KPIs.
- Collaborate with territory colleagues to identify and secure new and existing Oncology business opportunities.
- Establish strong relationships with target stakeholders based on trust and perceived added value.
- Implement scientific projects to establish Daiichi Sankyo as a trusted partner in Oncology and improve patient outcomes.
- Cross-functional cooperation with medical, marketing, PR, market access, and other functions.
Requirements:
- Medical background or other scientific degree.
- 3-5 years of experience as a pharmaceutical representative in Oncology, with experience in breast cancer or NSCLC being a plus.
- Established network and relationships with customers and knowledge of the key accounts in the defined sector.
- Proficiency in the French language and fluency in English.
