As a Senior Client Relationship Manager at IQ-EQ, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and external stakeholders. This will involve acting as a point of contact, meeting and liaising with these parties on a frequent basis, and supporting senior management in the investigation and resolution of client relationship issues.
Key responsibilities will include preparation and review of client statutory accounts, payroll accounting, and timely preparation and submission of statutory returns. You will also be responsible for setting up master files for new clients, managing the set-up of bank accounts, and preparation of payments.
Additionally, you will be responsible for timely preparation, review and submission of VAT returns, corporate tax returns, and ensuring timely issuance and payment of invoices. You will also approve timesheets related to the respective clients.
Qualifications for this role include being a qualified accountant, having sound knowledge of Swiss corporate and tax law, and relevant post qualification experience. Fluency in English and German is required, with French and Italian being an advantage. Strong management, organisational and analytical skills are also essential, as well as being a strong team player with excellent knowledge of MS-Office.
