Client Relationship Manager

FINDERS SA is seeking a seasoned Client Relationship Manager to lead our NRI market expansion efforts. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and managing high-net-worth client relationships within this growing segment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and manage a portfolio of clients with a focus on the NRI market and other cross-border markets.
- Establish and maintain strong client relationships, providing tailored financial and investment solutions.
- Actively acquire new clients and assets through your network and market expertise.
- Collaborate with internal teams to deliver comprehensive wealth management services.
- Contribute to the development of the NRI market strategy and support its integration into FINDERS SA's overall growth plan.
Requirements:
- Experience: A minimum of 4 years in Swiss banking with demonstrated client relationship management experience. Proven ability to bring clients and assets is highly desirable.
- Market Expertise: Experience with the NRI market and cross-border markets is essential.
- Languages: Fluency in English is required; additional languages are a plus.
- Client Development: Track record of client acquisition and building long-term relationships.
- Skills: Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
Compensation Package:
- A competitive salary of approximately $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and performance.
