Job Title: Investment Strategist for High-Net-Worth Clients

About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Senior Investment Advisor to join our team at FINDERS SA in Zurich. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in investment advisory and portfolio management, with a focus on high-net-worth clients.

Responsibilities:

  • Tailored Investment Solutions: Develop customized investment strategies aligned with client needs, including asset allocation and portfolio construction.
  • Client Advisory: Provide ongoing expert advice across asset classes, such as equities, fixed income, structured products, and alternatives.
  • Collaborative Engagement: Work closely with Client Relationship Managers and other specialists to leverage insights for new product development.
  • Portfolio Management: Regularly review and adjust portfolios based on market conditions, risk profiles, and investment objectives.
  • Market Analysis: Conduct thorough analyses of global markets to offer timely and relevant investment insights.
  • Compliance and Risk Management: Ensure adherence to all regulatory requirements, maintaining integrity and professionalism.
  • New Business Development: Identify opportunities to expand client relationships and drive profitability.

Qualifications:

  • Education: University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field; CFA/CAIA preferred.
  • Experience: 8+ years in investment advisory or portfolio management, with a focus on high-net-worth clients; experience with Eastern European clients is advantageous.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in asset allocation, financial instruments, derivatives, and structured products; skilled in Bloomberg and MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Languages: Fluent in Russian and English; proficiency in French or other languages is advantageous.
  • Client-Centric: Strong relationship-building skills with a focus on client-specific solutions.

Compensation: We offer a competitive salary package of approximately CHF 120,000 - 180,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
