Senior Wealth Manager

Marmot Invest AG is seeking a Senior Wealth Manager to onboard and grow a book of clients through dedicated relationship management and nurturing. As a Senior Wealth Manager, you will develop a thorough understanding of each client's needs, goals, and financial status to guide them based on Marmot's life-goal-based investment philosophy.

You will identify appropriate savings, investment, and spending strategies to reflect clients' risk preferences, liquidity needs, and investment objectives. Monitor portfolios for clients on an ongoing basis to retain and grow our client relationships, and conduct periodic reviews to help clients feel connected to Marmot and their investing strategy.

Key Responsibilities
  • Onboard and grow a book of clients through dedicated relationship management and nurturing
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each client's needs, goals, and financial status to guide them based on Marmot's investment philosophy
  • Identify and implement appropriate savings, investment, and spending strategies to reflect clients' risk preferences, liquidity needs, and investment objectives
  • Monitor and manage client portfolios to retain and grow our client relationships, and conduct periodic reviews to ensure alignment with Marmot's investment philosophy
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in wealth management, with a demonstrated track record of success in building a book of clients
  • Outstanding oral and written communication skills, high emotional intelligence, and the ability to translate complex financial topics to audiences of different levels of financial experience and knowledge
  • The ability to serve as a successful and determined advocate for clients, with a keen sense of resourcefulness and ability to implement efficient processes
  • Openness to adapt to new technology and experience with digital tools, with a strong educational background in finance and business
  • Passion for Marmot's women-oriented mission to close financial gender gaps, with working permit in Switzerland (minimum B-Permit) or EU-citizenship
