At Marmot Invest AG, we are dedicated to empowering women to take control of their financial futures. As a Senior Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing personalized advice and guidance to help them achieve their financial goals.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in wealth management, with a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in building a book of clients. Outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts to clients with varying levels of financial knowledge are essential.

The role involves onboarding and advising clients, identifying appropriate savings and investment strategies, and monitoring portfolios to ensure alignment with clients' risk preferences and investment objectives. You will also have the opportunity to shape our new offering for female clients and their families, working closely with our investments team to deliver best-in-class financial advisory services.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through dedicated relationship management and nurturing
  • Develop a thorough understanding of each client's needs, goals, and financial status to provide personalized advice
  • Identify and implement effective savings and investment strategies to reflect clients' risk preferences, liquidity needs, and investment objectives
  • Monitor portfolios to ensure alignment with clients' needs and provide periodic reviews to help clients feel connected to Marmot and their investing strategy
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in wealth management, with a proven track record of success in building a book of clients
  • Outstanding communication skills, emotional intelligence, and the ability to translate complex financial concepts to clients with varying levels of financial knowledge
  • Ability to serve as a successful advocate for clients and provide personalized advice
  • Strong educational background in finance and business, with a keen sense of resourcefulness and ability to implement efficient processes
