We are seeking a skilled Senior Wealth Manager to join our team at Marmot Invest AG. As a Senior Wealth Manager, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, providing them with expert financial guidance and advice.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement personalized financial plans for clients, taking into account their unique goals, risk tolerance, and financial situation.
  • Provide ongoing support and guidance to clients, helping them to achieve their financial objectives and make informed investment decisions.
  • Collaborate with our investments team to ensure that clients receive the best possible investment advice and portfolio management.
  • Stay up-to-date with market trends and regulatory changes, ensuring that clients are always informed and advised accordingly.
  • Promote our women-oriented mission to close financial gender gaps, and contribute to the development of new offerings for female clients and their families.
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years experience in wealth management, with a proven track record of success in building and maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Strong educational background in finance and business, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a keen sense of resourcefulness and adaptability.
  • Fluency in English and German, with a strong understanding of the Swiss financial market and regulatory environment.
  • Passion for our mission to empower women and close financial gender gaps.
