Senior Relationship Manager Transformation Specialist

We are looking for a skilled Senior Relationship Manager to join our team at Marmot Invest AG. As a key member of our wealth management team, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, preferably working with female clients. They will be required to possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as the ability to translate complex financial concepts into easily understandable language.

In this role, you will work closely with our investment team to provide top-notch financial advisory services to our clients. You will be responsible for onboarding and advising clients, as well as identifying appropriate savings, investment, and spending strategies tailored to their individual needs and goals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through regular communication and relationship nurturing
  • Develop a deep understanding of each client's financial situation, goals, and risk tolerance to provide personalized advice
  • Work closely with the investment team to identify suitable investment opportunities and develop customized investment strategies
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client interactions and progress
  • Promote professional development within the team by staying informed about industry trends and best practices
Requirements
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in wealth management, preferably working with female clients
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to translate complex financial concepts into easily understandable language
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments
  • Advanced German and professional English language proficiency
