Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled Client Operations Manager to join our Asset Management team in Switzerland. As a key member of our Wholesale Distribution team, you will play a critical role in delivering high-quality pre-sales, sales, and post-sales experiences to our Asset Management clients.

About the Role:

The Client Operations Manager will oversee local Client Operations processes and data input, working closely with other Client Operations teams in Europe and the Global Service Center Client Operations team. Key responsibilities include:

  • Managing local Client Operations processes, including Intermediary due diligence via UME platform and Client Onboarding via Appian platform.
  • Contributing to the development of global standardised processes within the Client Operations target operating model.
  • Managing and contributing to Know Your Distributer outsourcing oversight and management of distributor data requests.
  • Working in partnership with Business Technology/IT Team to prioritize core deliveries within an Agile project environment.
  • Managing local wholesale client operations vendor, including 3rd party non-vendor monthly screening process.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will require:

  • A strong understanding of the asset management operational environment and developing distribution model and challenges.
  • Proven previous experience on core processes used within Client Operations (UME/CAR/Appian/CAM).
  • Proven prior experience in overseeing outsourced activities and vendor management processes.
  • Confidence and track record in building solid working relationships with key stakeholders.
