We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced individual to join our leadership team as a Head of Global Network Partnerships. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a team of experts and continuing to develop our global network of insurance partners, ensuring the delivery of high-quality employee benefits solutions to our clients.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage the Network Partner Management team to achieve business objectives and deliver exceptional service to clients.
- Develop and implement strategies to refine and strengthen our global network of partners.
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with existing partners, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.
- Identify and onboard new partners to enhance our service offerings and geographic reach.
- Monitor and evaluate partner performance, providing feedback and implementing improvement plans as needed.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and meetings to promote our network and build new partnerships.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, market developments, and regulatory changes to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in a leadership role with partner management and business development in the employee benefits or insurance industry.
- Understanding of global employee benefits in the international markets.
- Excellent relationship management, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Demonstrated ability to develop and execute strategic plans.
- Excellent written and spoken English, Spanish, French, German, and other languages would be an advantage.
Location: Zurich or London
