Role

We need an Enterprise Sales Specialist- Banking to innovate, win and grow with us in Zurich. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating and developing a sales pipeline that leads to new business opportunities for our Financial Messaging business.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work with the head of Sales to deliver results against revenue and growth targets.
  • Create and manage target call lists and execute on prospecting KPIs.
  • Operate as the lead point of contact for any matters specific to your customers throughout the sales cycle.
  • Maintain sales operational requirements including documentation in SF.com and internal communications to senior management and other teams.
  • Forecast and track key account metrics.
  • Work with implementations and PRM teams to ensure best practices pre and post sales.
  • Maintain professional and technical knowledge by reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.

This role requires a highly motivated individual with a strong desire to learn and grow.

Requirements
  • 7+ years' experience selling Enterprise Software solutions to Banks, Non-Bank Financial Institutions and/or Multi-National Corporations.
  • High profile sales executive with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Proven successful ability to sell $1M+ Enterprise software/business solutions.
  • Ability to develop relationships with 'C' level business users to sell based on business value.
  • Ability to manage a team of Sales Engineers, IT, and Info Sec Experts throughout the life cycle of a deal.
  • Experience selling Fraud and Financial Crime to risk executives, BSA/compliance officers, and heads of treasury.
  • Advantage with knowledge and experience with cloud-based (Azure, GCP, and AWS) and SaaS (Software as a Service) solutions.
  • Global vision, creativity, and an innovative approach required.

Estimated Salary: €80,000 - €120,000 per annum. This figure is based on industry standards for similar roles in the region.
