We're seeking an experienced Enterprise Account Growth Specialist to join our partner company in Zürich, Switzerland. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop innovative strategies and build trusted relationships with high-value clients across Germany, Switzerland, and Italy.

About the Job

As an Enterprise Account Growth Specialist, you'll focus on delivering exceptional client experiences, contributing to growth projects, and collaborating closely with Product and Sales teams. You'll be responsible for:

  • Becoming an integral part of the Customer Success & Account Management team in Zürich, driving cross-functional initiatives and developing high-value business relationships.
  • Leading strategic account management efforts to expand accounts, maximise client retention, and reduce churn.
  • Supporting clients proactively and handling escalations in partnership with the Customer Success team.
  • Championing client renewals and activations in coordination with the Sales team.
  • Occasionally travelling across Germany, Switzerland, and Italy to engage with customers, attend events, and support the team.
Your Profile

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • A proven track record in Account Management with B2B Enterprise clients in the DACH region and/or Europe.
  • Ability to manage complex client relationships within enterprise organisational hierarchies.
  • Advanced commercial awareness, emotional intelligence, resilience, empathy, and entrepreneurial problem-solving skills.
  • Exceptional written and oral communication skills, native or bilingual proficiency in German and English; Italian is a plus.

Estimated salary: €80,000 - €110,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
