Nutanix seeks a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Solutions Specialist to join our team in Switzerland.

The estimated salary for this position is around 120,000 - 180,000 CHF per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
Job DescriptionThis role involves managing a mixed account set, working closely with Presales Engineers and the extended account team to sell Nutanix's Products and Solutions directly to large Enterprise customers and prospects. You will be responsible for the entire sales process from leads to POs.
- You will utilize a consultative sales approach, discussing business issues and developing a formal quote or written sales proposal addressing customer needs.
- You will respond to RFPs and follow up with prospects.
- You will develop an account plan to sell to customers based on their business needs.
- You will build and strengthen the business relationship with current accounts and new prospects.
- You will recommend and build marketing strategies.
- You will provide status information to your Manager, including forecast/pipeline information.
- You will provide or facilitate training opportunities for your accounts.
- You will identify Nutanix customer references that can be utilized when reference selling.
- You will provide product feedback back to engineering to improve Nutanix complete block solutions.
To succeed in this role, you should have a strong sales personality with a proven track record of selling successfully to large enterprise customers in Switzerland for more than 10 years. You should also have industry experience in either FSI, Healthcare or Public Sector, and be able to connect the dots between a modern infrastructure and the customer's business.
A native/bilingual German-speaker and business fluent in English are required, with French language skills being a plus.
