Job Description

The Sales Professional will play a crucial role in managing our client relationships and driving sales of structured products to institutional customers.

  • Develop and maintain a broad client base through proactive relationship management and tailored product offerings
  • Identify new business opportunities and acquire new clients through strategic networking and marketing efforts
  • Sales of structured products and/or other derivative transactions to institutional customers, including closure and booking of transactions on primary and secondary markets
  • Create tailor-made structured products that meet the specific needs of our clients
  • Assume responsibility for administrative tasks related to trade booking and customer relationship maintenance
  • Monitor transactions and coordinate with various departments, including Sales Support, Product Services, and Mid- and Back-Office
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A Master's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field
  • A minimum of 2 years of experience in the finance or banking industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the structured products market
  • An open-minded, thoughtful, and proactive approach to sales and client relationships
  • The ability to think strategically, drive change, and implement projects
  • Excellent interpersonal, analytical, and problem-solving skills
  • Fluency in German and English
