- Harness the power of our CRM platform to maintain a comprehensive overview of customer interactions.
- Support customers through the aftersales process, delivering seamless experiences.
- Collaborate with operations managers to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.
At MyBikePlan, we revolutionize the way people purchase high-quality products by offering 0% financing solutions. Our mission is to make sustainable products accessible to everyone, reducing waste and promoting eco-friendliness.
Our innovative approach has already gained traction, with our second vertical, MyHomePlan, successfully launched. We're now expanding our reach, and this internship is a key part of our strategy.

Requirements- A strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
- Proficiency in German is a must; proficiency in French is desirable, while knowledge of Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
- A flexible and adaptable mindset, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
