Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and creative individual to join our team as a sales professional. This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced e-commerce industry and develop valuable skills that will propel your career forward.

Responsibilities
  • Lead customers through the sales process, providing exceptional service and ensuring customer satisfaction.
  • Generate leads by answering customer inquiries and addressing their needs.
  • Process existing customers, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products.
  • Harness the power of our CRM platform to maintain a comprehensive overview of customer interactions.
  • Support customers through the aftersales process, delivering seamless experiences.
  • Collaborate with operations managers to drive sales growth and achieve business objectives.

Requirements
  • A strong desire to learn and grow, with a willingness to take on new challenges.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Proficiency in German is a must; proficiency in French is desirable, while knowledge of Portuguese or Italian is a plus.
  • A flexible and adaptable mindset, with a passion for innovation and problem-solving.
