We are seeking a seasoned Sales Director to join our team at Select Alternative Investments, a leading Direct Investments Platform with a focus on Private Equity, Real Estate, and Venture Capital. This is an exceptional opportunity for a highly motivated and self-driven individual to raise capital from various investor groups, expand our investor base, and drive business growth.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Presentation of investment opportunities and articulation of the value proposition of our private equity offerings to high net worth individuals, single family offices, multi-family offices, asset managers, and other intermediaries.
  • Facilitation of investment discussions, answering inquiries, and addressing investor concerns during the capital raising process.
  • Broadening and cultivating relationships with high net worth individuals and single family offices, as well as collaborating with multi-family offices, asset managers, and other intermediaries to develop partnerships and distribution channels.
  • Tracking sales performance, pipeline, and conversion rates, analysing data to identify trends and areas for improvement, and providing regular reports to senior management.

About the Role

This role offers a competitive salary of $120,000 - $180,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits and opportunities for career growth and development in a dynamic and global environment.


Requirements
  • A minimum of 5-10 years of work experience in sales & capital raising, ideally within the private equity or alternative investment industry.
  • A proven track record in capital raising, strong network of investor contacts, excellent communication and presentation skills, and proficiency in CRM systems and sales tools.
  • An ability to work independently and collaboratively, with a results-driven mindset and a focus on exceeding targets.
