">We are seeking a seasoned Senior Sales Manager to spearhead sales efforts for our CONNEXOR platform in the DACH region. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for managing regional sales performance, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing long-term relationships with clients.
">Key Responsibilities:
">- Lead the full-cycle sales process from lead generation to closing deals, ensuring a seamless experience for prospect clients;
- Develop and execute strategies to drive revenue growth and hit targets for the CONNEXOR platform in the DACH region;
- Foster and maintain strong relationships with key clients on Sell & Buy Side, delivering customized reference data solutions tailored to their needs;
- Demonstrate comprehensive knowledge of reference data products, particularly Structured Products, Bonds, and ETPs/ETFs, effectively communicating their value propositions and technical details to potential clients;
- Present detailed sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to senior management, providing insights and recommendations for continuous improvement;
What You Bring:
">- Relevant experience in product sales within the financial services industry, with a strong focus on financial products (preferably structured products) and data services;
- Bachelor's degree (or higher) in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field;
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving significant revenue growth, as well as a proven expertise in leading complex negotiations and closing high-value deals;
- Deep understanding of financial markets and the needs of different market participants, with a solid grasp of investment products and related data and ancillary services;
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English, with the ability to effectively present complex information to diverse audiences;
Estimated Salary: €120,000 - €150,000 per year
