Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled Repair Technician to perform high-standard repairs and coordinate with client care for special cases. You will use our repair management system to organize repairs and order parts. Additionally, you will maintain and organize the workshop, including machines and tools, and inform and advise clients about repairs and our products.

Responsibilities:

  1. Perform high-standard repairs and coordinate with client care for special cases.
  2. Use our repair management system to organize repairs and order parts.
  3. Maintain and organize the workshop, including machines and tools.
  4. Inform and advise clients about repairs and our products.
  5. Meet KPIs like turnaround time and quality standards.
  6. Build long-term relationships with clients to foster brand loyalty.
  7. Provide first-class service to ensure customers enjoy their journeys with our products.

Other Duties:

  • Loading, unloading, and moving materials manually or with equipment.
  • Handling material activities like counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
  • Ensuring safe working conditions per OSHA regulations.
  • Cleaning work areas and equipment daily.

Requirements:

  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • Experience in a manufacturing/technical environment or a similar role.
  • An mechanical background using hand and power tools (preferred).
  • Previous experience in a repairs-related field.

Skills:

  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive.
  • Enthusiasm about client care and delivering memorable experiences.
  • Fluent in English & German (additional languages are a plus).

Salary: $50,000 - $70,000 per year (competitive salary based on experience)
