Job Description:

  • Perform high-standard repairs, ensuring exceptional quality and turnaround time.
  • Utilize our repair management system to coordinate repairs and order parts efficiently.
  • Maintain and organize the workshop, including machines and tools, in accordance with OSHA regulations.
  • Provide top-notch service to clients, advising them on repairs and products.
  • Meet key performance indicators (KPIs) for turnaround time and quality standards.
  • Foster long-term relationships with clients to promote brand loyalty.
  • Deliver first-class customer experiences, ensuring satisfaction with our products.

Additional Responsibilities:

  • Load, unload, and move materials manually or with equipment.
  • Participate in material activities such as counting, weighing, sorting, packing, and unpacking.
  • Ensure safe working conditions at all times.
  • Clean work areas and equipment daily.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in manufacturing/technical environments or similar roles.
  • A High School diploma or equivalent.
  • A mechanical background using hand and power tools (preferable).
  • Experience in repairs-related fields.

Essential Skills:

  • Attention to detail and quality.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and proactive approach.
  • Enthusiasm for client care and delivering memorable experiences.
  • Fluency in English & German (additional languages are an asset).
