Global Service Marketing Specialist for High Voltage Products

You'll be required to implement strategies in conjunction with Hub Europe Service and deliver the growth and respective gross margin for Service High Voltage Products.
Leading the implementation of Hub HV Service Europe strategies and initiatives at a HUB level to ensure appropriate sales and marketing efforts within Product Service Centers (PSCs) and Local Service Centers (LSCs).
About the Role
- Develops business strategies and sales and marketing plans in partnership with local Marketing and Sales teams.
- Responsible for market positioning, market share, order received, gross margin, pricing, and to monitor and expand market size worldwide in accordance with market strategy by Global Product Group.
- Serves as escalation point for questions and issues and collects customer feedback and input.
- Establishes and maintains effective customer relationships to understand customer needs, promote customer understanding of product offering, and provide solutions.
- Ensures a positive customer experience throughout the sales process.
- Leads the budgeting process for Sales & Marketing and assigns and follows up on targets per country.
- Oversees the market intelligence process ensuring detailed market analyses of market drivers and trends, key competition, and emerging technologies.
- Ensures local sales teams are provided with world-class training and increases the sales competence.
- Ensures that the sales tools and installed base tools are properly maintained.
Requirements
- High customer orientation, intercultural sensitivity, and team working skills.
- Extensive experience in after-sales service and in high-voltage segment.
- A proven sales and customer relationship management track record. 7+ years' experience in marketing and sales or business development roles.
- Strong stakeholder engagement and collaborative personality.
- Willingness to travel and work in a multicultural and diverse team.
- Business fluency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
