Global Marketing Strategist

The role of the Senior Marketing Specialist is a pivotal one within the Nova Switzerland Commercial Team. Reporting directly to the Nova Switzerland General Manager and under the guidance of the International Marketing Manager, this individual creates comprehensive marketing strategies designed to drive market share growth.

The Senior Marketing Specialist collaborates closely with corporate marketing to develop and deliver marketing materials and sales tools that align with Nova Switzerland's business objectives.

  • Coordinate live and virtual events, including tradeshows, webinars, and seminars, as part of the overall marketing mix, ensuring a cohesive pre-event, at-event, and post-event plan to enhance engagement and ROI.
  • Design and execute multichannel digital and print campaigns in close collaboration with corporate marketing.
  • Support partnerships with Swiss Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs) and internal stakeholders, including Medical & Scientific Affairs and Corporate Marketing.
  • Under the guidance of the subsidiary General Manager and International Marketing Manager, provide strategic input to develop integrated communications plans based on marketing strategies.
  • Provide proactive project management by establishing and managing timelines and budgets.
  • Ensure seamless coordination and integration of marketing activities with other Nova subsidiaries as needed.
  • Utilize analytics and tracking services to evaluate metrics and performance benchmarks for all marketing programs.
  • Perform additional duties as required.

Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Marketing or a related field, along with three years of experience in Healthcare marketing, preferably in Point of Care IVD.
  • Experience with digital marketing tools and channels.
  • Proven expertise in organizing live and virtual events.
  • Project and budget management experience.
  • Fluency in German and English, with French and Italian being advantageous.

This position offers an attractive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, commensurate with experience.
