About Us

We are the first Hyatt Regency and Hyatt Place in Switzerland with over 550 guest rooms, directly connected to the Circle Convention Center with over 2,800 square meters of event space. Our Congress Center is also operated by Hyatt and offers space for up to 2,500 guests.

We're looking for a talented Marketing Communications Strategist to develop and implement our marketing communications strategy, leading our marketing team of 2 colleagues in a diverse environment.

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop awareness and reputation of both hotels, the Circle Convention Center, and all F&B outlets locally and within Switzerland and key feeder markets.
  • Implement and align brand identity throughout hotels and outlets on all channels and touch points, including hotel collateral.
  • Collaborate and supervise our PR and digital agency.
  • Prepare and execute annual marketing plans, provide monthly reporting on key strategic objectives and campaigns.
  • Assist the Commercial Director with annual budget planning and management of approved budgets.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external parties such as media and stakeholders to build strategic partnerships.
  • Support on-property staff with communication and marketing initiatives.
  • Drive innovation in marketing and communication, leading upcoming projects.
  • Responsible for content creation, including lead photo and video shoots in line with brand guidelines.

Requirements

We seek an experienced Marketing Communications Manager or comparable position holder with a strong background in the hospitality industry, fluent in English and German. You should possess a hands-on mentality and be able to work in a fast-paced environment.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary between CHF 80,000 - CHF 100,000 per year, depending on experience, plus benefits such as health insurance, pension plan, and professional development opportunities.
