About the Role
We are seeking a skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Digital Service Operations Specialist. This is a temporary (fixed-term) position based in our global business services unit. In this role, you will be responsible for providing technical support and guidance to internal stakeholders across various regions.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and implementation of standard operating procedures to ensure consistency and efficiency across service operations;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and resolve complex technical issues;
- Provide training and knowledge transfer to internal stakeholders on digital service operations best practices;
- Analyze data to identify trends and areas for process improvements;
- Develop and maintain documentation to support the delivery of high-quality services.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will have:
- A strong understanding of digital service operations and its role in supporting business objectives;
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot complex technical issues;
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with diverse stakeholder groups;
- Experience working in a shared service organization or similar environment;
- A bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
What We Offer
Mondelēz International offers a competitive salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience. This role also comes with a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
