About the Position
We are seeking an experienced Mechanical Repair Project Coordinator to join our team in this exciting role
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage repair introduction projects for PW4000, CFM56, PW1100G, and Leap-1A/-1B engines, ensuring timely completion and high-quality results.
- Request technical OEM repair data relevant to facilitate make-or-buy analysis, driving cost savings and efficiency improvements.
- Prepare and present initial data packages based on EASA Part 145 for repair decision, showcasing expertise and analytical skills.
- Setup repair project structures and plans, including FAI and documentation, ensuring seamless execution and stakeholder communication.
- Manage projects according to plan, defining mitigations when necessary, and ensure close communication with all involved stakeholders.
- Request required OEM documents (technical data, approvals) and manage data exchange, fostering strong relationships with suppliers.
- Ceaselessly consolidate repair documentation and publish these documents in the system, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Support Quality, Process Engineering, and Tooling Engineering during process audits, demonstrating commitment to excellence.
Your Profile
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A scientific or technical degree (EQF Level 6 or Level 7 or equivalent), providing a solid foundation for this challenging position.
- Practical experience with manufacturing technologies, allowing you to navigate complex projects with confidence.
- English language proficiency (B1), with German recommended for effective communication within the team.
- A proactive and flexible character, coupled with a strong achiever mentality, enabling you to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
