About You

As an Automotive Sales Specialist at Gowago, you will play a crucial role in delivering outstanding sales experiences by offering customers personalized leasing solutions, cash purchases, and all-in-one services. Your primary focus will be on guiding potential buyers through their journey, ensuring they find the right fit for their needs. Proactively engaging with prospects, you'll convert leads into satisfied customers across various product lines. Additionally, you'll contribute ideas to optimize processes and enhance team efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, offering tailored leasing solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Own the entire sales process, from initial inquiry to contract signing, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience.
  • Proactively manage inbound communications, converting leads into successful sales.
  • Maintain strong relationships with leasing partners, verifying customer credit and facilitating smooth contract finalization.
  • Efficiently manage sales activities within the CRM system, including credit checks, document validation, and customer requests.
  • Collaborate with dealerships and financial institutions to ensure a unified sales process.
  • Contribute valuable insights to improve the sales process and increase lead conversion rates.
  • Participate in sales workshops and training sessions to enhance individual and team performance.
Requirements

Essential Skills and Qualifications:

  • A results-driven sales mentality with a proven track record of converting leads into sales.
  • Ambitious and goal-oriented, with a focus on achieving and exceeding targets.
  • Strong collaboration skills and a team player mindset.
  • Fluency in English; proficiency in French and German is a plus.
  • Prior sales experience is beneficial; a strong drive to sell is essential.
Compensation Package

We offer an attractive salary range between $60,000-$80,000 per annum, depending on experience, accompanied by a variable performance-based bonus structure.
