Your Role as Automotive Lifecycle Manager

You will be at the forefront of managing the entire lifecycle of leased vehicles, ensuring our remarketing process is efficient, effective, and aligns with company standards and goals. Your role encompasses logistics, refurbishment, pricing, and procurement execution.

  • Coordinate vehicle pick-ups, checks, and deliveries, streamlining our logistics operations.
  • Make timely decisions on vehicle refurbishment, pricing, and sales channel allocation, driving business results.
  • Provide regular, accurate, and timely reporting on remarketing department activities to the Remarketing Manager, ensuring transparency and accountability.
  • Maintain high standards for listings on various platforms, enhancing our online presence.
  • Support B2B buyer relationships, fostering strong partnerships.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to optimize remarketing processes, promoting continuous improvement.
  • Coordinate invoicing with the Finance Team, ensuring seamless financial operations.
  • Manage customer requests and facilitate test drives, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
  • Participate in kickoffs, team events, and workshops, driving team collaboration and growth.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you should possess:

  • Operational experience, preferably in the automotive industry, with a strong understanding of logistics and supply chain management.
  • Excellent organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, enabling you to navigate complex situations effectively.
  • A driven personality with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and meeting deadlines.
  • Sales experience is beneficial, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and growing business.
  • Outstanding collaborative and communication abilities, fostering strong relationships with colleagues and external partners.
  • English and German are essential language skills, with French being an advantage. Proficiency in Hubspot is also desirable.
  • A minimum of 12 months of general work experience in the respective field, demonstrating your ability to grow and adapt.
  • A valid Driver's Licence category B, enabling you to handle vehicle-related tasks.
Compensation Package

We offer a competitive salary ranging from CHF 60,000 to CHF 80,000 per year, depending on experience, plus additional benefits, including health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off.
