We are a dynamic team of 50 professionals from diverse backgrounds, working together to shape the future of car ownership. Our office in Zürich, Switzerland, is a hub of innovation and collaboration, where we prioritize customer needs and experiment with new ideas.

As an Automotive Lifecycle Manager, you will play a crucial role in overseeing the entire lifecycle of our leased vehicles. Your expertise will ensure that our remarketing process is efficient, effective, and aligned with our company standards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate vehicle logistics, including pick-ups, checks, and customer deliveries.
  • Make informed decisions on vehicle refurbishment, pricing, and sales channel allocation.
  • Provide regular, accurate, and timely reports on remarketing department performance to the Remarketing Manager.
  • Maintain high-quality listings on various platforms.
  • Support B2B buyer relationships and collaborate with internal teams to optimize remarketing processes.
  • Work closely with the Finance Team to coordinate invoicing.
  • Facilitate Test Drives and manage inbound customer requests.
Requirements
  • Prior experience in an operational role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
  • A driven personality capable of thriving in a fast-paced environment.
  • Sales experience is beneficial.
  • Excellent collaboration and communication abilities.
  • English and German proficiency (French is a plus).
  • Hubspot proficiency is a plus.
  • A minimum of 12 months of relevant work experience.
  • A valid Driver's Licence category B.
